What is Stress? How do you feel in yourself when stressed? What triggers your stress levels? How miuch do you feel out of control when you reach the peak of your stress?
I will explore the various levels of stress and what it means to you. There are two main perspectives to consider: strategies to help manage your stress; the emotions of stress. Working in both ways can bring a wider understanding and can give you the tools to make different decisions or to take action on certain issues.
Stress can encompass a broad range of symptoms from mild worry and sleeplessness to ritualistic behaviours as described by OCD.
